Bernadette Smith

Bernadette Smith has a diverse work experience. Bernadette started their career as a Trainee at Schloessle Hotel Group in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Trainee at Austrian Airlines. Since then, they have been working at AmericanTours International, LLC, holding various positions in the International Sales department. Bernadette has worked as a Sales Coordinator, Account Manager/Operations Consultant, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Regional Sales Manager, Market Director, and most recently as the Director of Sales, a position they started in September 2019.

Bernadette Smith completed their education in the field of tourism and hospitality. From 2003 to 2007, they attended IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Tourism Management and Leisure Industry. In 2005, they also briefly attended Southern Cross University's Tourism and Hospitality School.
