Nicholas Abbott

Nicholas Abbott has a diverse work experience in the banking and pest control industries. Nicholas started their career as a Chief Underwriter at Imperial Capital Bank, where they focused on originating and acquiring real estate loans. Nicholas then moved on to AmericanWest Bank, where they served as the Chief Commercial Loan Underwriter, responsible for underwriting new loan originations and portfolio management. Later, they joined Banner Bank as a Vice President Credit Risk Manager. Currently, Nicholas works at Abbott Pest Control as a Field Representative for the Pest Control Board of the State of California.

Nicholas Abbott received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Cal State Northridge. Nicholas attended the university from 1970 to 1978, specializing in the field of Finance. Additionally, they focused on Real Estate during their studies at Cal State Northridge.
