Mr. Giauffer joined AmeriCare Health & Retirement in 1989 after representing one of AmeriCare's major investors. He has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since that time. From 1986 to 1989, he was an owner, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of a Southern California hospital service company. Mr. Giauffer worked as an Executive Director for American Medical International (AMI) hospitals in USA and Europe from 1974 until 1986. Mr. Giauffer has more than 30 years of management and financial experience in the healthcare industry.
