Diane Balistreri

Diane Balistreri is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Facilities Manager at Americares since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing facilities operations, maintaining the Emergency Management Plan, and acting as a liaison between property managers and vendors. Prior to this role, Diane worked as a Project Assistant at Longfellow Design Build, supporting project management for residential builds and collaborating with various stakeholders. Diane also has extensive experience as an Investigator for the Westchester County Human Rights Commission, where full-scale investigations and mediation efforts were conducted regarding discrimination claims. Additional experience includes directing the Office for Women in Westchester County, overseeing operations and budgets, and working as a Probation Officer in Montgomery County, managing probationers and rehabilitation plans, as well as a Detective and Victim Counselor in the Warren County Prosecutor's Office, providing advocacy to crime victims and conducting criminal investigations.
