Donna Porstner

Donna Porstner has had a range of roles over the course of their career. Donna began as a Staff Writer for the Record-Journal from January 1999 to September 2000. Donna then moved on to the Stamford Advocate and worked as a Staff Writer from October 2000 to May 2008. From May 2008 to July 2014, Porstner worked as a Communications Manager for Americares. Donna then progressed to the role of Associate Director, Media Relations from July 2014 to July 2017. From July 2017 to January 2019, they served as the Media Relations Director. Subsequently, they held the position of Media Relations VP from January 2019 to August 2022. Porstner then temporarily filled the role of Interim Deputy Senior Vice President Marketing and Communications from August 2022 to August 2023. Finally, they became the Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Americares from August 2023 onward.

Donna Porstner received their Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Journalism from Hofstra University between 1995 and 1998.
