Ivette Lacayo

Ivette Lacayo, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis/Management at Americares, where leadership over financial operations for a $1.6 billion global nonprofit organization includes oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across 45+ cost centers in six countries. Previously, Ivette held the position of Director of Finance at Research To Practice, managing all financial operations and business planning for a $50 million medical education organization. Prior experience also includes serving as Finance Manager at Research To Practice and Senior Manager at the University of Miami, overseeing a $25 million grants and contracts portfolio. Ivette holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Management and International Business, both from Florida International University.
