Jack O'Rourke is a humanitarian aid and public health professional with extensive experience in program strategy and emergency response across conflict and post-crisis contexts. They have managed programs in regions including Palestine, Ukraine, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, and Cameroon while collaborating with NGOs, UN agencies, and government entities. Jack has held key roles at The Carter Center and Americares, where they currently serve as Interim Program Director for the Gaza Response. Educated at Fordham University and The London School of Economics, Jack has developed a strong foundation in communications, media studies, and international development.
