Maria Garcia Serdio, M.Arch, LEED GA, currently serves as Design Manager at Americaribe, LLC since September 2017. Previously, Maria held the same title at Bouygues Bâtiment International from August 2013 to September 2017, where responsibilities included Design Coordination for the Hyatt refurbishment in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, as well as Design Management for the National Oncology Centre and the National Insurance Board headquarters in Trinidad and Tobago during the construction phase. Prior to this, Maria worked as an Architect at Studio GMS from August 2010 to July 2013, contributing to projects such as the Ministry of Education in Erbil, Kurdistan, and Nos Hospital Nobo in Willemstad, Curaçao. Earlier experience includes architectural roles at EEA (Erick van Egeraat associated architects) from March 2006 to May 2009, where Maria was involved in projects like the Chicago Hotel in Rotterdam and a new office building in Lisbon. Maria earned a degree in Arquitectura from Universidad de Valladolid between 1998 and 2005.
