Jillian Crubel is a seasoned professional in meeting logistics and member engagement, currently serving as a Meeting Logistics Planner at America's Credit Unions since January 2024. Previously, Jillian held various roles at the Credit Union National Association from October 2011 to January 2024, including Conference Specialist and Senior Learning Events Coordinator. Jillian's career began at CUES, where responsibilities included Member Relations & Council Coordinator, and at Mound City Bank and AMCORE Bank in personal banking roles. Jillian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University between 2005 and 2011.
