American Fence Company (AFC) started almost 50 years ago as a local fence contractor. With a pick-up truck, wheelbarrow and a pair of posthole diggers; two men unknowingly set out to start what would later be called American Fence Company. With difficulty in obtaining materials here in the Midwest, AFC begin negotiating to purchase truckload quantities to maintain a consistent source of inventory. It was this bold step, in addition to, honoring customer relationships and providing unmatched services that established American Fence Company as a single source for fencing materials. Still locally owned, AFC has grown into the Midwest largest fence supplier. American Fence Co. has been installing residential, commercial, and government fencing for almost 50 years and in seven Midwest states. We have the expertise and on the on-hands knowledge to provide our customers with the best product for their project. We are being lead into the twenty first century under the leadership of our original founder who stills owns and operates the business. With seven operations providing materials throughout thirteen states, AFC has a large wholesale division, supplying fence contractors, lumber yards, home improvement centers, and retail customers with a full inventory of materials. We always have on-hand a complete selection of wood, vinyl, ornamental and chain link.
