John Baackes

John Baackes is the Director at America’s Health Insurance Plans. John has held this position since March 2015. Prior to this, Baackes was the President of VIP Plans at The AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies from July 2012 to March 2015. Before that, they were the CEO of Senior Whole Health from May 2005 to May 2012. Baackes has also been the Senior VP at GHI from February 1999 to January 2005 and the Division President at Kaiser Permanente from June 1996 to October 1998. John's first job was as a Sales Rep at Community Health Plan from December 1976 to June 1996, where they eventually became the CEO in 1989.
