Joe Sterett

Joe Sterett, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe most recently served as the Director of IT and Development at America's Remanufacturing Company, where they were responsible for overseeing the IT and development department. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Pastoral Parish, where they managed software engineering activities. Joe also served as a Technology Consulting Partner at White Hart Insight for a year, before joining TaxSlayer as the Manager of Software Engineering and later transitioning to the role of Agile Project Manager. Before that, Joe worked as a Senior Project Manager at Rural Sourcing, leading teams and delivering IT services and software. Joe also held project management positions at ADP, Cerner Corporation, and Augusta University, where they successfully managed a variety of complex technology projects. Additionally, Joe has experience as a Staff Accountant at Great Hills Country Club and as a Project Manager at Alchemy Systems, where they managed the implementation of training software and oversaw software releases. Joe Sterett earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville between 2001 and 2003. Joe then went on to pursue an MBA in Management Information Systems, General at St. Edward's University from 2004 to 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Joe obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2009. Joe also became a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master through Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2018. Lastly, Joe obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2019.
