Sarita Jackson, PhD, CGBP, serves as the President and CEO of the Global Research Institute of International Trade, where expertise is applied to streamline the export process for companies through tailored market research and strategy development, particularly in the agriculture and food manufacturing sectors across Latin America, the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia. In addition, Sarita Jackson is an International Trade Consultant at America's SBDC and an instructor at UCLA Extension, teaching the Fundamentals of International Trade. Previous roles include Faculty Research Fellow at Cal State San Bernardino, tenured Assistant/Associate Professor at North Carolina A&T State University, Visiting Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland University College. Sarita Jackson is a published scholar with a PhD in Political Science from Brown University, focusing on Comparative and International Political Economy.
