Ken Sobaski has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ken started their career at Kraft Foods, where they worked as the Vice President of Marketing, Strategy, and New Business Development from 1985 to 1989. Ken then joined The Pillsbury Company, holding various positions including Vice President of North America Sales and Customer Service and Vice President and General Manager of Refrigerated Baked Goods and Green Giant. From 1998 to 1999, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Department 56. After that, they worked at ConAgra Foods as the President of the Grocery Brands Group. Ken then joined Polaris Industries as the Chief Customer Officer, overseeing marketing, sales, service, business development, and dealer development. Ken moved on to become the President and COO of Capella Education Company, an online consumer services and education business. Following this role, Ken served as the CEO and President of Trident Learning LLC, an online consumer services education company. Prior to their current position, they were an Operating Partner at Alpine Investors, a private equity firm. Currently, they are the CEO of America's Thrift Stores.

Ken Sobaski completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Urban Studies from St. Olaf College between 1974 and 1978. Ken then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing & Strategy at Northwestern University -- JL Kellogg School of Management from 1978 to 1980.
