Imrul Hossain has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Imrul started their career at BAE Systems as an Electrical Engineer from 2002 to 2004. Imrul then worked as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they were a Senior Consultant at Red Hat for a brief period in 2008. Imrul then transitioned to QSMI, where they worked as a Senior Developer from 2008 to 2009. Imrul then took on the role of Senior SharePoint Developer/Architect at SSB, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Imrul further expanded their skills as a Software Solutions Architect at CACI International Inc from 2010 to 2011, where they supervised a team and implemented Agile SDLC processes. Prior to their current position, Imrul worked as a Solutions Architect at Hewlett-Packard from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they are serving as a Principal Consultant/Architect at AmericaTech, Inc. since 2012.
Imrul Hossain has a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Imrul Hossain has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate in 2020, and MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Certified and MCSE: Productivity - Certified in 2017. Imrul also holds a VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization certification.
