Ross Kaufman

Ross Kaufman is an experienced operations and IT professional with a diverse background in managing teams and enhancing service delivery. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Americhek since May 2017, Ross oversees the operations team and is responsible for billing, collection, and vendor management, while ensuring compliance with various regulations. Prior to this role, Ross held positions at Bright Bear Technology Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included managing helpdesk services and maintaining customer relationships, as well as serving as the Owner of The Rite Click, a business founded during Ross's studies in Business Entrepreneurship at California State University, Fullerton, from which a Bachelor of Arts was earned. Ross's earlier experience also includes positions as a Technology Coordinator and IT Assistant, showcasing a strong foundation in technology and operational management.
