Christine Boler

Christine Boler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the banking industry. Christine is currently serving as the Vice President Operations and BSA Officer at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union since October 2021. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of AVP / Compliance and BSA/AML at the same company from August 2018 to October 2021. From February 2016 to August 2018, they served as an AVP / Operations Manager at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union.

Before joining AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union, Christine worked at Metro Bank as the VP/Branch Operations Department Manager from June 2008 to February 2016. Their responsibilities in this role included evaluating opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses, ensuring compliance with AML, BSA, and Compliance regulations, and analyzing operational performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Christine also gained valuable experience at Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, where they held multiple positions. From January 2006 to June 2008, they worked as a Senior Regional Operations Officer, managing a team of officers to reduce regulatory risk and losses across branch locations. Additionally, Christine served as a Regional Operations Officer from January 2003 to January 2006, monitoring operational performance and serving as a liaison between support departments and branch employees.

Earlier in their career, Christine worked as a Branch Operations Specialist at Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp from January 2001 to January 2003. Christine also held the role of Assistant Branch Manager from January 1997 to January 2001 at the same company. Starting their career at Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, they served as a Branch Manager from May 1998 to July 1999.

Throughout their work experience, Christine has demonstrated expertise in operational management, compliance, risk assessment, and team leadership. Christine possesses extensive knowledge in AML, BSA, and Compliance regulations and has continuously strived to improve efficiency and effectiveness in branch operations.

Christine Boler obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Penn State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they obtained certifications as a NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) from the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions in August 2020 and as an Advanced Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - Risk Management (CAMS-RM) from ACAMS in December 2015.
