Scott Heck has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Holy Spirit Health System, where they gained knowledge of HR office operations through updating policy manuals, conducting phone screens, and reviewing resumes. Scott then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Erie Insurance before joining Gallagher Bassett Services as a Liability Claims Adjuster. After that, they worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Master Claims Representative. Scott then transitioned to recruitment roles, working as a Recruiting Services Assistant at Express Employment Professionals and later as a Recruiter at Method3. Scott gained more HR experience as an HR Admin at Nestle Purina PetCare via Spherion Staffing and as an HR Assistant at Nestlé Purina PetCare. Most recently, Scott has held roles at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union, first as a Human Resources Administrator and currently as the Vice President Administration.
Scott Heck attended Schuylkill Valley from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in HR Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 1998 and 2003.
