Alexis Ventura

Alexis Ventura has diverse experience across various roles in sales, operations, and program leadership. Currently serving as a New Business Representative at Americo Financial Life and Annuity since June 2022, Alexis previously held the position of Program Lead at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Sales Lead at Soma, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals. Earlier experience includes door-to-door sales at AMP Smart, where an average of 100 new leads were generated daily, and a Clerk position at QuikTrip, which involved managing high transaction volumes under pressure. As an Operations Supervisor at Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts, responsibilities encompassed supervising attractions and lifeguards, as well as emergency response.
