Tayarra Sharp

Tayarra Sharp has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of Business and Quality Analyst/Test Automation at Americo Financial Life and Annuity since August 2003. Tayarra has held various roles within the company, including IT Senior Manager and IT Manager, where responsibilities included expanding teams, implementing test automation, and leading business analysis efforts. Tayarra's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as a Business Analyst Team Lead and through involvement in the ASPiRE leadership development program. Prior to this, Tayarra was the President of FemCity Kansas City, focusing on building a community for professional women, and also worked as a Paraprofessional at Holden High School with a focus on special education. Tayarra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Graceland University.
