Pavan Parvatikar

Pavan Parvatikar is an experienced consultant with a strong background in project management and industrial engineering. Currently at Colony Display since August 2019, Pavan has focused on analyzing cost centers and resource utilization to enhance visibility of cost structures. Previously, Pavan served as Senior Project Manager at Fleetwood Fixtures & High Country, leading comprehensive product delivery plans and managing lifecycle development projects. Experience also includes project management roles at Cornerstone Display Group, where Pavan executed large-scale retail projects, and POP Displays, where Pavan drove continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing techniques. Early roles, such as Business/Process Improvement Consultant at Skytech Engineering and Six Sigma Project Intern at Zack's Take A Break Vending, contributed to a robust foundation in process optimization and quality control. Pavan holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
