Allison Kornely has extensive experience in benefits management and coordination, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Americollect since March 2022. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Benefits Manager at Forefront Dermatology from October 2015 to March 2022 and was a Benefits Coordinator at Holy Family Memorial from August 2002 to October 2015. Allison's career began as a Project Coordinator at Menasha Corporation, where Allison worked from January 2001 to August 2002. Academically, Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1999-2000) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (1994-1998).
Americollect
For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
