Amy Cerkas is an experienced Project Manager at Americollect since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing high-impact projects to enhance business and technical processes, utilizing diverse project management methodologies, and collaborating with subject matter experts. Previously, as a Client Integration Manager, Amy facilitated healthcare revenue cycle technical implementation projects and coached analysts and specialists. In an earlier role as IT Business Analyst III, Amy worked closely with business users to identify needs and manage software solutions. Amy's career began at Goodwill NCW, focusing on training and quality assurance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
