Travis S. Gauthier has extensive experience in operations training and quality management at Americollect since May 2018. Prior to this role, Travis held several positions at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance from June 2010 to June 2018, including Administrative Services Supervisor for Policy Support, Senior Sales Training Leader, and Senior Sales Agent. Travis earned an Associate's degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University between 2015 and 2017.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
