Leroy Dawson

Leroy Dawson, CPCM, has extensive experience in contract management, currently serving as a Senior Contract Officer at the Corporation for National and Community Service since January 2007, with prior roles including Supervisory Contracting Officer and Acting Director. Previously, Leroy worked as a Senior Acquisition Analyst at VA Learning University from March 2013 to 2014, where responsibilities included providing acquisition and procurement support, and ensuring compliance with acquisition strategy and policy. Leroy holds a Master's degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Upsala College.
