Michelle Royall

Michelle Royall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and project oversight within the Corporation for National and Community Service. Currently serving as Shared Services Manager and Project Officer since August 2022, prior roles include Senior Budget Analyst and Budget Analyst from January 2017 to March 2019. Michelle's career includes significant contributions as a Project Manager for CNCS - AmeriCorps NCCC, overseeing the FEMA Corps Emergency Lodging Contract, managing over 60 contracts with a total value exceeding $20 million. Additionally, as Assistant Director for Projects and Partnerships and Resource Manager at AmeriCorps NCCC, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership in project development. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and additional education from the College of Charleston.
