Sarah Reynolds

Sarah Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions. Sarah began their career as an Instructional Assistant at Round Rock ISD from October 2003 to October 2007. Sarah then moved on to work at the Corporation for National and Community Service, where they held various roles. From October 2007 to August 2011, they served as a VMSU Technician, providing technical assistance and customer support to VISTA members, applicants, alumni, and Corporation State Offices. As a Program Associate from August 2011 to July 2013, Sarah reviewed background checks, resolved application issues, and provided information to Member Support Specialists and other offices within CNCS. In their role as a Program Specialist from July 2013 to February 2017, they offered exemplary customer service, managed member data, and resolved conflicts related to member pay, benefits, and regulations. Finally, Sarah worked as a Program Analyst from February 2017 to October 2017, where they analyzed data and prepared reports on performance and management results, identified trends, and made recommendations to enhance mission accomplishment. In their most recent position as a Lead Program Analyst from October 2017 to the present, Sarah has continued to utilize their analytical skills to provide valuable insights and contribute to the success of the organization.

Sarah Reynolds attended the University of Oregon from 1997 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics.
