Shenna Bain

Shenna leverages her 25+ years of operations and call center expertise to benefit Ameridial customers. She utilizes her extensive experience in Commercial and Medicare/Medicaid health insurance to lead the Client Services Team in the Healthcare Sector. Shenna previously served as Director of Customer Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, Molina Healthcare of Michigan, Beaumont (Oakwood) Health, and Spectrum Charter and played a key role in the continued development of strategic provider and member relationships. Shenna earned several designations for managed healthcare through America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), an Executive Leadership Certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Business and Entrepreneurship. Her ability to effectively balance client demands with internal demands is what motivates her to deliver best-in-class results for the clients.
