Will Folger

Will Folger has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles in the aviation industry. Will currently serves as the CFO of Ameriflight, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal and Consultant for Value Results Consulting, LLC. From 2001 to 2012, Will held the position of Vice President Finance and CFO at Texas Aero Engine Services LLC, where they oversaw various financial functions and led a team to achieve world-class results. Will also worked at American Airlines for over two decades, starting in various financial and operational management positions before becoming the Vice President of Finance for American Eagle Airlines. During their time at American Airlines, they played a key role in the company's growth and success, managing acquisitions, implementing effective employee incentive plans, and creating a strong finance organization.

Will Folger attended Woodward Academy, although the specific dates are unknown. Will then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan from 1973 to 1976. Will later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School from 1978 to 1980.
