Monica Oliver

Monica Oliver, MBA, serves as the Director of Member Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at Amerigroup since July 2023. Previously, Monica held various leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. from 2008 to 2023, including Director of Proposal Development and multiple Marketing Director positions focused on Group Medicare and Broker and Employer Strategy. Monica's extensive marketing and strategic experience began with roles such as Director of Enterprise Marketing Production Services and Marketing Manager at Anthem. Monica holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Cincinnati.
