Amy Costa

Amy Costa currently serves as the Director of Provider Maintenance at Keystone Mercy Health Plan, a position held since May 2008. In addition to this role, Amy has also been the Director of Provider Maintenance at KMHP and has been involved with AmeriHealth Mercy as the Director of Process Improvement since 2002. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, where Amy worked from 1992 to 2003 as both Manager of Operations Training and Manager.
