Ben Kellman

Ben Kellman is an accomplished public policy professional with a significant background in Medicaid policy advocacy and legislative analysis. Currently serving as a Public Policy Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since May 2014, Ben has managed a team focused on public policy analysis and the development of positions for state-level advocacy, later transitioning to an individual contributor role while pursuing a Master's degree in Public Affairs at the University of Michigan. Previous experience includes positions as a Policy Analyst at AmeriHealth Caritas, where responsibilities encompassed tracking and analyzing legislative and regulatory developments, as well as conducting research to inform organizational positions. Ben's early career included internships with U.S. Senator Joe Manchin, III, The Vinca Group L.L.C., The Brookings Institution, and the Easter Seals Office of Public Affairs, where research and policy support were key contributions. Ben holds a BA in Political Science from Macalester College.
