Cathy Fairfax has extensive experience in service management and continual improvement, currently serving as the Continual Service Improvement / Service Level Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2013. In this role, Cathy is responsible for designing and delivering the Continual Improvement program and works closely with service owners to establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Previously, Cathy held leadership positions at Citi and CITIGROUP, where responsibilities included directing multibillion-dollar operations and managing extensive teams.
