Chelsea Newhall

Chelsea Newhall is an experienced public policy leader currently serving as the Director of Federal Public Policy at AmeriHealth Caritas, where responsibilities include leading a federal public policy team focused on Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business. Newhall is also a CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow, engaging with over 100 companies to promote racial equity through public policy and corporate initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Public Policy and External Affairs, and Director of Corporate Strategic Medical Initiatives, where strategic positioning and external messaging were key focuses. Earlier experience includes managing quality advocacy initiatives at the American College of Cardiology and supporting executive operations at America's Health Insurance Plans. Newhall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Centre College and has completed executive leadership programs in healthcare management.
