Deborah Collins, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector and entrepreneurship. As the Small Business Owner of The Dress Matters since May 2014, Deborah has successfully managed business operations. In addition, Deborah has played a pivotal role at AmeriHealth Caritas as Manager of Provider Network Management since August 2007. Deborah began a career in the healthcare industry at Independence Blue Cross from July 1990 to August 2007 as a Network Coordinator. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Delaware State University, along with a high school diploma from Penn Wood High School.
