Denise Jo Casanova has over three decades of experience in the health care industry, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and project management. Denise has held a variety of roles, including Senior Scrum Master® and Agile Coach at AmeriHealth Caritas since June 2015. Prior positions include Program Business Analyst at Aetna and Business Analyst Consultant at Coventry Health Care, as well as project coordination roles with independent consulting and Insigma US Inc. Denise's career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst was gained from 1985 to 2009.
