Eva Sweeney

Eva Sweeney currently serves as the Market Clinical Director for Population Health at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2023. Additionally, Eva has been involved with Medical Teams International as an RN on the Humanitarian Response Roster since September 2019, participating in the Ukraine response team in April 2022. Prior experience includes managing the Facilitated Telemedicine Program and serving as a Nurse Manager at Mary's Center from April 2020 to July 2023, as well as holding Nurse Manager positions at Arlington Free Clinic from March 2017 to April 2020. Eva's nursing career began at Virginia Hospital Center in Labor & Delivery. Early roles included case management positions with the International Rescue Committee and ECDC African Community Center, as well as internships with the United Nations Foundation and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. Eva holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Public Administration from American University, along with a degree in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University.
