Joe Eckstein

Joe Eckstein, PMP, currently serves as Project Director-Project Manager Senior (PMO) at AmeriHealth Caritas since October 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Information Technology Program Manager at ICON plc from March 2014 to October 2023, where complex large-scale IT solutions were successfully delivered within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Joe's career also includes significant roles at OpenText as Senior Technical Project Manager, where management of strategic IT initiatives and cross-functional teams led to scalable solutions, and at Business Technology Solutions as Manager of Client Engagements, focusing on stakeholder partnerships and process improvements. Earlier experience as IT Project Manager at Voith GmbH included managing the global implementation of a large-scale ERP system. Joe holds a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a College Preparatory diploma from Governor Thomas Johnson High School.
