Lucas Dominica has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lucas began their career at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems as a Coordinator of Clinical Support Services from September 2010 to February 2014. In 2014, they joined AmeriHealth Caritas and held multiple positions, including Analyst, Provider Partnership Innovation from February 2014 to January 2015, HEDIS Reporting Lead from January 2015 to September 2015, Manager, Medical Economics & HEDIS Reporting from September 2015 to February 2018, and Director, Operations from February 2018 to October 2021. Lucas'smost recent position at AmeriHealth Caritas is Director, Performance Management (Value Optimization), which they started in October 2021. Additionally, since June 2018, Lucas has also been a Co-Owner of Dominica Property Rental LLC.
