Martin Palmer

Martin Palmer has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Senior HR Training Specialist at AmeriHealth Caritas since April 2001, where responsibilities include the development and delivery of claims training programs using adult learning methodologies. Prior to this role, Martin was the Senior Pastor at Highway Tabernacle Ministries from October 1997 to April 2014, where annual ministry goals were established, pre-marital spiritual advisory was provided, and a significant building program was led. Additionally, Martin worked as a Gospel Music Producer for Jireh Productions from 1983 to 2013, founding the group MALACHI: Exclamation of Praise and leading them to a competition victory, along with founding the Southern Chester County Gospel Music Workshop Choir and releasing a self-produced album. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Provider Claims Service Representative at Keystone Mercy Health Plan from July 1998 to April 2001, where complex claims were managed through investigation and negotiation.
