Nancy Choi has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Nancy started their career at Blue Cross and Blue Shields of Massachusetts, where they held various roles including Program Manager in the Health Programs Department and Director of Medical Management Operations at Montachusetts Health Plan. Nancy then moved on to Humana, where they took on leadership positions such as Director of Utilization Management and Director of Credentialing. Nancy'smost recent role was at AmeriHealth Caritas, where they served as Vice President of Corporate Provider Network Operations, overseeing provider data management and new business development. Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated a strong track record of achieving results and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Nancy Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Smith College. Nancy also attended the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, specializing in Health Planning and Program Evaluation. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from the AAPC in 2015.
