Nancy Gavarone currently serves as the Director of IT Service Management at AmeriHealth Caritas since March 2013. With extensive experience in IT leadership, Nancy previously held the position of Director for the IT PMO at 21st Century Insurance from August 2010 to March 2013 and worked as a Project Management Consultant at ACE Group in early 2010. Prior to these roles, Nancy spent over 28 years at Independence Blue Cross, advancing from Applications Development to Sr. Director of Front Office & Corporate Systems. Nancy's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Cabrini University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Delaware County Community College.
