Nate Decker

Nate Decker is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in nursing operations, project management, and healthcare product development. Currently serving as the Director of New Business Activation at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2012, Nate has successfully led the implementation of Medicare Advantage D-SNP products, overseeing a team through various project phases with significant projected operating income. Previous roles include Administrative Supervisor at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, where Nate managed nursing operations and clinical activities and developed workflow improvements, and Practice Administrator at Bravo Health, where Nate focused on care coordination for Medicare Advantage populations. With foundational experience in product management at Aetna and research analysis at Independence Blue Cross, Nate holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Cornell University.
