Neil Canavan

Neil Canavan began their work experience in 2002 at Independence Blue Cross, where they held various roles including Director, Senior Director of Operations, and Senior Director of Operations QA. In 2013, they became a Transformation Leader and Business Solutions Partner, overseeing a technological and cultural transformation for over 2 million members. In 2014, Canavan joined AmeriHealth Caritas as the Vice President of Health Services Payment, providing leadership and strategic direction for multiple teams responsible for processing claims, configuration updates, and membership maintenance for Medicaid and Medicare managed care health plans.

Neil Canavan earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1994. Neil later attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration.
