Rashean Ramsue

Rashean Ramsue, MSOLM, serves as the Director of Health Services Reports & Controls at AmeriHealth Caritas, where leadership encompasses managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver analytics support and operational outcomes across various healthcare domains. With experience in producing over 7,700 business operational reports and dashboards annually, Rashean has played a vital role in executing corporate projects for Medicaid, Medicare, and other health services. Prior to this role, Rashean held various positions at Independence Blue Cross, culminating in the role of Lead Business Systems Analyst, and currently contributes as a Guest Instructor for the Health Tech and Administration program at Graduate! Philadelphia. Rashean holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Peirce College.
