Ron Shorts

Ron Shorts has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as an IT Professional at Bank of America. From 2000 to 2012, they served as an Enterprise Architect at 21st Century Insurance. In 2012, they joined Farmers Insurance as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, where they stayed until 2016. In the same year, they briefly worked as the Senior Director of Product Development at Fiserv Lending Solutions. Following this, they joined AmeriHealth Caritas, where they held several positions including Director of Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Integration Services, Interim Vice President of IS Strategy & Shared Services, and later promoted to Vice President of IS Strategy & Shared Services. In addition to their corporate roles, they have also served as an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University since 2013.

Ron Shorts obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Wilmington University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Resource Management from the same university. Ron also holds a certification in TOGAF 9 from The Open Group.
