Tiffany Earle

Tiffany Earle, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) at AmeriHealth Caritas, a position held since April 2017, and previously held the role of Manager, LTSS at the same organization. Prior to this, Tiffany Earle worked at Aetna from January 2012 to March 2017 as the Continuum of Care Manager, where responsibilities included program development, implementation of LTSS programs in Virginia, and oversight of clinical content for proposals. Tiffany Earle’s experience also includes roles as a Clinical Supervisor for LTSS Case Management and as a Senior Social Worker at Christiana Care Health System, with earlier positions at the State of Delaware in family services and crisis therapy. Tiffany Earle earned an MSW in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and a BA in Sociology from the University of Delaware.
