MacKenzie Johnson

Mackenzie Johnson is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health management and transplant services. Currently serving as the Director of Population Health Management at Community First Health Plans since March 2024, Mackenzie previously held the position of Clinical Manager at Optum, managing transplant services from October 2014 to March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Nurse Case Manager and Transplant Case Manager at University Health, as well as Pediatric Transplant Coordinator at both University Health and CHRISTUS Health. Mackenzie holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Capella University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Iowa.
