David Fry

David Fry is a seasoned professional in the appraisal and valuation sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Risk Appraisal Manager at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC since July 2014, David manages a team of certified appraisers and oversees appraisal support for various business units while providing subject matter expert assistance for lending teams. Previous roles include Chief Appraiser at Lenderfi.com, Appraisal Review/Investigations at Interthinx, and Manager of Appraisal Operations at Indymac Bank, where David developed training programs and managed national appraisal operations.
