Paul Needels

Paul Needels has extensive experience in the financial and lending sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Non-Delegated Correspondent Lending at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC since March 2021. Needels has held various leadership roles, including a position as Director of Finance and Board Member at Happy Kids Foundation in Ghana since January 2017. Prior to this, Needels contributed significantly at Informa Research Services as Senior Vice President, overseeing strategic growth and a successful acquisition. Other notable positions include Senior Vice President roles at Bank of America, Countrywide Financial Services, and Washington Mutual, where Needels achieved remarkable business development and revenue growth.
